At Pinsa Club we do one thing only: pizza. No generic kitchen, no scattered menu. Only carefully developed doughs, long fermentation, selected ingredients, and balanced toppings.

We work with Certified OPR Pinsa Romana, traditional Roman pizza, and an exclusive multigrain dough. Here, choosing the dough is part of the experience, not a minor detail.

How to choose this dough

Structure: very thin, rolled out with a rolling pin, without internal air pockets.

Versatility: performs best with classic pizzas with sauce and mozzarella, which add moisture to the base.

Structural limit: not suitable for gourmet toppings served raw or without moisture: its thin structure, without air pockets, tends to dry out.

Ideal if: you love traditional Roman pizza, crisp and straightforward.
